A few examples of Direct Sponsorships include:
- BADGE SPONSORS - Two Sponsors of $2500 each Have your logo prominently displayed on the badges worn by our participants, VIPS and pass holders. Looking for two sponsors, one for each side of the badge. Small but prominent logo placement. Perfect way to show these artists and arts patrons that you support us! Ideal for arts related industries, websites, commercial productions, agencies, etc. Your logo on all 5,000 badges….worn around their necks for the entire festival!
- PROGRAM COVER SPONSORS - One Sponsor of $2500. You or your company will receive one full page color ad on the program shell that surrounds the programs handed out to each individual person attending one of over 1,300 performances. Last year, that was 75,000 people who spent time staring at an ad for the few minutes prior to and after FringeNYC Performances. Talk about your captive audience! This is an easy way to show your support, and remind our audience about your show, product or service.
- FringeU SPONSOR - One Sponsor of $5000 FringeU, the "thinking and talking" component of FringeNYC, is the place to participate in panel discussions and workshops. Hear some of the best and brightest exchange ideas, their inspiration, and what's happening in theatre today. Previous panelists have included Judith Malina, Richard Foreman, Lola Pashalinski, Donna Walker-Kuhne, Anne Hamburger and Mark Russell. FringeNYC is New York's liveliest festival for the experimental performing arts, and FringeU is its equally lively 'academy'. In recognition of your sponsorship of FringeU, we will place your advertisement on the program for each FringeU event, and on the FringeU page of the website and program guide. Perfect opportunity for affiliated service, product, business or advocacy organization.
- FringeJR SPONSOR – One Sponsor of $5000 FringeJR is FringeNYC for families! In addition to full FringeJR productions, FringeJR presents “Fort FringeJR” -- for two Sundays during FringeNYC, one of our most beautiful parks becomes a place of entertainment, crafts, stories and wonderment for children and their parents. In recognition of your sponsorship of FringeJR, we will place your advertisement on the program for each FringeJR event, and on the FringeJR page of the website and program guide. Perfect opportunity for a product, business or publication wishing to reach families.

IN-KIND DONORS / PRODUCT PLACEMENT OPPORTUNITIES / VOLUNTEER REWARDS
In-kind donors have the opportunity to provide branded welcome bag items for our participants. It is a unique opportunity to provide a branded sample of something to our artists and volunteers. It works great for product launches, particularly for items that our artists will appreciate during FringeNYC. In-Kind donations are also sought for FringeJR (see below). You supply the little extra with your logo on it, and we use it for the entire festival! What could be easier than that? Talk about instant exposure! If you have a product that our artists and VIP's would appreciate in their welcome bags, we'd be happy to distribute them!
We are particularly looking for stuff to make the summer heat a littler more tolerable - bath and body products, sunscreen, visors, hats, small fans or personal cooling units, nutrition bars, meal bars, bottled water, and that crazy thing that you have that we haven't thought of yet! We'd also love coupons good for a local coffee or bagel.
We are also looking for FringeJR supplies (cookies, juice, books, art supplies, crayons, chalk, paint, paint brushes, etc.).
Lastly, we are seeking theatre tickets (for performances in September and October) to use as volunteer incentives. This is a great way for other theatre producers to do their part, and has become an “industry secret” -- a great way to paper the house for your fall previews or opening. Our loyal and deserving theatre-loving volunteers make a great audience!
