Donor Information

The Present Theatre Company, Inc. is a 501.c.3 (not-for-profit) corporation in the State of New York and the proud creator and producer of The New York International Fringe Festival (FringeNYC).

When we started FringeNYC in 1997, the budget for the festival was $74,000. Today, our costs have surpassed a million dollars.

Although we have spent the last five years during the financial crisis "tightening the belt" wherever we could, we still must seek and secure support from individual donors in order to "bridge the gap" between our expenses:

and our desire to keep ticket prices low:

We do this? Good question! In 1997, our budget was $74,000. Today, it's more than a million dollars. We must seek and secure support from donors in order to "bridge the gap" between rising costs and our desire to keep ticket prices low. Your donation helps us grow to meet the challenges of the future!  Support of FringeNYC has a tremendous impact on indie theatre. We appreciate it!
