FringeFAIR
Saturday, May 1st
Noon - 6pm
A few managerial and supervisory positions at FringeNYC receive a stipend. These positions require (at least) full-time commitment during the festiva and are called stipended staff. The rest of the staff is the volunteer staff. If you are interested any applying for any of these positions, please bring a resume (if available) and come by the FringeFAIR on Saturday, May 1, 2010 (i.e. MAY DAY) at 520 Eighth Avenue, 3rd floor* (between 36th and 37th Streets). FringeFAIR runs from Noon to 6pm, and you can stop by any time during those hours.
What is FringeFAIR? FringeFAIR is a FringeNYC-specific job fair held (appropriately enough) on MAY DAY. It is an opportunity to meet FringeNYC staff and discuss the positions that are available (see below for sample job descriptions). If you are unable to attend FringeFAIR, please send an e-mail (and resume if available) to STAFFING@FringeNYC.ORG.
*Note: this is the building where our offices are located. It is on Eighth Avenue, between 36th and 37th Streets. When you enter the building, you’ll need to stop by the security desk and give them your name, show ID and then take the elevator to the third floor.
